Translation Services - Our Quality Process

Our quality process is the following. We will first review all documents submitted to us and determine if our areas of expertise meet our client needs. If our area of specialization matches our client requirements, we will provide a quotation. If the quote is accepted, we draw a contract covering the scope of the work, deadline, and legal obligations of both parties. We then assign a project manager for the translation. His/her responsibilities will be to oversee the translator(s), to establish a workflow and timetable, and to maintain communication with the customer. The typical workflow consists of:

Step 1: Establish a workflow and timetable.

Step 2: Compiling glossaries, customer specific terminology, a style guide, and a brand guide.

Step 3: Translating the document(s).

Step 4: Proofreading the document(s) for terminology consistency, accuracy, language flow, grammatical and syntax errors, and localization.

Step 5: On time document delivery and customer follow-up to ensure complete satisfaction.

Our translators are all native speakers and are able to capture the nuances in source language and convey them accurately in the target language. In addition, we maintain an extensive library of glossaries for subject specific matters.
